Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin TX – Round Rock

Sabrina, the GM, made sure I was taken care of whenever I had a room issue. I’ve worked in property management for years, and I can tell she really cares about customers and gets things handled. Good property management is hard to find, and she checked every box for me. The place is nice and well kept, and the staff were amazing. I’d give it a 10/10 and will be back next time I’m in town.

I had a very nice room on the third floor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable if everything works. The elevator was out all week. The TV and Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day, and service never came back.

Triston made the stay especially easy. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, whether answering questions or taking care of requests. I really appreciated the care he showed. Uptown Suites was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it felt like a home away from home. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with great service.

I stayed at this Uptown Suites location for exactly 40 days as a traveling worker, and I’m not from here. I liked being near different places I’d learned to get around, and the directions from the hospital where I work were easy. I paid $363 each week from my hard-earned money and didn’t cause any problems. Then I found a bed bug and reported it to a desk employee. I wasn’t asking for anything in return, just letting them know. They’d sprayed for an infestation weeks earlier and pulled up carpet in different rooms on the third floor, where I was staying. A couple hours after I reported it, I was told I had to leave because they said I’d brought in the bed bugs. Seriously, after 40 days? I don’t even have bed bugs at home. Manager SABRINA tried to put “DO NOT RENEW” in the system. I’m not from here, had nowhere to go, and couldn’t arrange another stay at the same place they’d recommended to me in the first place. I even have pictures showing my room was clean. God is good, though, because that situation changed. You tried it and didn’t succeed. I may get a lawyer because it felt shady. Putting “DO NOT RENEW” in the system when they already had a bed bug issue was crazy. I couldn’t let that go. Update: You can keep the company policy and the “oh, I’m sorry” and “thanks for staying” apology. It came after you read my review and typed something up from a Google search. You were wrong, period. And “DO NOT RENEW” was in my friend’s name, even though they didn’t stay there. Smh!
