Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

That walk-in shower was a great feature. No curtain sticking to you, and it was easier to keep water from getting onto the floor outside it. The room was clean and nicely equipped, with loads of outlets and USB ports for charging all the things we bring along. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even when I threw them a curveball. At this price and with service like that, I’m thrilled with the stay. I could dig up a tiny issue like a hall carpet stain, but it wouldn’t mean much.

Clean room, spotless sheets, and a great breakfast. A handy little stop on the way to a conference in Austin, and it meant avoiding the 5pm traffic there. Good option for business commuters coming to Austin from Dallas. Recommend.

John made the stay for me. He was welcoming and attentive, checked me in without a hitch, and even found me toothpaste after I’d left mine at home. His friendly service made a real difference. I’d recommend Sleep In Hotel if you want a pleasant stay with helpful staff.

I only booked this for a quick local stay while work was being done at home, and left early because I no longer felt comfortable there. There were roaches, white marks on the room chair, and a pool area that looked thoroughly unappealing. The facility also felt dated. I found the staff kind, but the manager never followed up when I reported the roaches. I understand budget hotels, but they still need to be maintained. I won’t be coming back.
