Richard's Motel Studio

The front desk staff were kind and ready to help whenever we needed them, and we felt at home from the first day. There are several buildings along the same block, which made getting around easy. We also appreciated the affordable laundry service and free parking. Our room was bigger than we expected, with a full kitchen, living space, and bathroom. Everything was spotless and looked well cared for. The whole place was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. We’d happily stay again and recommend it. Congrats to the team for such warm, helpful hospitality.

Derrick turned things around for me. My first experience at Richard’s Motel Suites started below expectations, but he listened to my concerns and said he would make it right. When I came back, he followed through. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. What stood out most was Derrick’s professionalism and genuine care. He went well beyond what I expected, and he’s a real gentleman. Thanks for turning a potentially disappointing stay into one I’d gladly recommend.

Farrah has a warm, welcoming smile and such a charismatic way about her. She made me feel comfortable enough that it was easy to forget I wasn’t at home. In a short time, she’s made this feel like the only place I want to stay when I visit Hollywood,FL.

Farrah gave me professional, friendly service and a great smile. She found me the best rate she could and made sure my room was clean and ready on time. I’ll be back. Ron
