The location is close to the beach, though it isn’t on the beach. That’s the one good thing I can say. The photos and information are false. There’s no gym and no five pools, just one pool with five lawn chairs. There’s no staged balcony either, only one metal chair by the door. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1960s. The kitchen has an old broken stove and no silverware or dishes. The furniture is cheap, and the apartment has only one mirror, in the bathroom, which has no outlets. The pillows were too uncomfortable for me to sleep on. I’d never stay here again. Those five-star reviews have to be from workers or people they know.

We could see the water from our room, and the location was amazing for our family. Breakfast was close by, the price was reasonable, and the room fit us perfectly. Everyone we met was so friendly. I’d give the room four stars only because the pots and pans could use improvement. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The place had holes in the walls, roaches, and bugs on the floor, and they wouldn’t let us check out. One staff member even said the room photos and description were false. It was awful, and they refused both a refund and our request to check out.

Update: the owner replied to my post saying I’d been refunded and was never charged. The money did come out of my account on the day I booked, and I never got it back. They say it’s their policy and won’t do anything about the more than 200 they took from me. Horrible place. Do not go, scam alert.

A good setup for a family trip, with flexible accommodation and a kitchen. Hollywood beach is just a five-minute walk away.
