The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and Comcast TV with all the channels, which was a nice surprise. I arrived at night, but in the morning the area looked less bad than I'd expected. The room was clean, though very outdated, and the whole place is old and needs upgrades. I could see that new windows had just been put in. They look like high-impact windows, though maybe they're just made in that style. It was noisy when a drill and jackhammer woke me up, so I guess they really are updating the place. Still, there's no amenities at all, which is disappointing for somewhere so overpriced, even in the off-season. The only reason I gave it three stars instead of two is that the guy who runs the place is super nice and let me check out an hour later when I asked.

The rugs smell, the furniture is old and run down, and this place badly needs an upgrade. There's also a sex offender living there, so don't rent a room here if you have kids.

It's nasty and dirty, not clean at all, and the covers were dirty too. This place needs a lot more work. It isn't worth $100.49, and I'd never come back.

The owner is a really nice guy. He's let me stay during several tough situations and worked around my money problems.

It was so dirty that I decided to book somewhere else. I didn't feel it was safe to stay in a place that filthy. Avoid this hotel!
