Tiana Beach Hotel

I’d stayed all up and down the boardwalk, but this small hidden gem is the only place I want to come back to. The staff make you feel at home. I’d been waiting for Book something to ask me for a review, then finally took the time to find them myself. I wanted to add a second night after going through the Book whatever. Maria suggested I save money by going back to the website. I said no and asked how much it would be directly. It was $25 more, and I paid it. I’m happy to pay a little extra to support a small business and Tiana’s hospitality. Thank you, Tiana motel. I’ll be back.

The room was clean, and the bedding was super comfy. There was a small table and chairs plus a couch. The kitchenette had a full-size fridge, which would be handy for a longer stay, though we didn’t need it on our short trip. The bathroom is pretty small, with just a shower stall, and the mirror was small and too high for someone short. The location is great for the price: close to the broadwalk, but far enough off it that we didn’t get noise or foot traffic. Check-in was easy. Parking costs extra, but the QR code let us get roadside parking for $20 a day, and we found a spot pretty close even on a Friday night. It’s a little outdated, but that usually doesn’t bother us. I really love this place and would definitely stay again.

We’ve already booked another 8 days for New Year’s, which probably says it all. The rooms are a bit small, but the beach is so close that we hardly spend time inside. The location and service make it worth it. This was our second stay, and it feels like visiting family now. The husband and wife who work here are always welcoming and make us feel special from the moment we arrive. The owner is kind, attentive, and gives excellent service each time. Daniela, the cleaning girl, deserves a special mention. She’s helpful and reliable, and keeps everything spotless. We also love the coffee in the rooms.
