Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island Holtsville

The rooms are always clean and have plenty of amenities, and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast is solid too. We stay here fairly often with our family’s travel sports team, and Justin, the manager, is consistently courteous, professional, and helpful. Great place for a family.

The suite felt smaller than I expected, and the queen bed sat very low to the floor. The room photos were misleading. On the plus side, it was clean and the janitorial service was outstanding. Breakfast was more than adequate, and it helped us save money before heading home or continuing our vacation.

We’ve been here for over six weeks because of unforeseen circumstances, and the staff have been phenomenal. They go out of their way every day to keep things running smoothly, and you can tell they care. The hotel is family and kid friendly, and bringing our dog hasn’t been an issue. We’ve stayed at other places and haven’t seen the same standards. The hotel chains on my island aren’t as safe as they used to be. Here, with my three-year-old little girl, we feel safe, welcome, and oddly enough, like family.

The night lobby attendant Ebinitu was wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. We had a forest view from our spacious, clean room, and there were delicious breakfast options every day. A lovely place to stay for work or leisure.
