The room was neat and clean, and I loved thoughtful basics like the cotton swabs. I didn't care for the bathroom soap's smell, but I had brought my own. Breakfast was excellent, and the seating area was clean and organized, with a TV and printing services. The customer service felt warm and friendly. I asked for extra towels and the woman handed them over with a big smile. A really nice stay, and I appreciate the clean environment.

The manager was understanding and helpful, and I really appreciate that. Breakfast was good and the rooms are kept up well. We have a great experience every time and return whenever we're in the area.

The staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice extra for the kids. We had a fantastic stay.

The staff have been super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, inviting, and a good size. The shower is really nice too. I haven't tried breakfast yet, but I'm looking forward to it. So far, a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was great, better than at most places, and the bed was okay. But the hot water situation was unacceptable, especially in winter. Before breakfast, the bathroom sink had warm water and the shower felt warmer when I tested it. After breakfast, there was no warm or hot water. It seems they turn the temperature down during the day, when most guests have checked out. My room on the top floor was still chilly even with the heat set to its default of 72. I’d have given five stars otherwise. The lobby would be amazing with a solar-powered fireplace insert.
