Aspen Suites Hotel Homer

We booked at the last minute that same day and were pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was. It’s in a great spot and good value, and the kitchen was especially well equipped. The place was very welcoming to dogs too. My dog was so at ease that he happily bounced between the beds. If you need a kitchen and are bringing a dog, I’d definitely recommend it.

The restaurant had great food and drinks, and the service there was excellent too. The lodge itself is charming, but the staff really made it feel special. Check-in was quick and friendly, and there were people around to help with luggage. During a very busy evening, I asked the general manager where I could find a charger for my phone since they didn’t have one in stock. Later, I ran into her at the restaurant and she remembered me, had found a charger that fit, and went to get it for me. I was blown away by that effort.

Spencer and Gene were fantastic. They went out of their way on short notice to help my colleagues and me, and every staff member I met had a welcoming smile and a great attitude. The suites are roomy and comfortable, with kitchenettes, which suited me since I don’t like eating out every night. I’d recommend Aspen Hotel and Suites to anyone. They have several locations around Alaska. Hats off to the whole team, job well done!

A good spot for a working professional. The room was quiet and clean, and the hallways were kept clean too. It has kitchenettes, the location is great, and the desk staff were prompt and polite.
