We felt safe, respected, and truly cared for at Uptown Suites Homestead. As a veteran family, we hadn’t expected such a steady, heart-centered experience, and the staff made a real difference. Mrs. Natalie gave us a warm welcome, and manager Mrs. Marlene was incredibly supportive and fair. The maintenance staff showed the same kindness, including Natalie’s father, Mr. Jose. They carry on the original idea of treating travelers better than they might be treated elsewhere. If you’re a veteran or simply need a professional, genuinely kind place to stay, this is it. Thank you for standing in the gap for us. Y'all made our world brighter, and we won’t forget you. God bless you.

Getting around was easy from this convenient location. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, and the common areas were looked after too. Staff were welcoming and attentive during my visit. I had a great experience and would consider coming back.

The upstairs noise was the biggest issue for me. I could hear everything from the floor above, and during my stay it sounded like a tap-dancing group was up there. The bed cover also kept slipping off because I toss around when I sleep, and the plastic liner underneath was unpleasant and noisy. I checked the room with a black light and it was clean. It had everything we needed, and I’d book again if I could get a top-floor room to avoid the noise.

The smell is unforgettable, and the lack of cleanliness is abhorrent. There was dirt everywhere. It's a pet-friendly place, and it seemed like some people had been living there for months without bathing their pets. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money on this dump.

We loved staying there. The place was nice and clean, and very affordable. The only bother was being beside the elevators, where we could hear the bell each time the doors opened.
