The floors were sticky and disgusting, and walking on them turned everything black. Tiles were loose, the couch and furniture were filthy, and there was mold in the shower. I didn't even want to lie in the bed and checked for bugs right away. I tried to get my money back but couldn't. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in during my 52 years. Stay clear of this place!

The room was nice and breakfast tasted good, but the floors turned our socks black after just a few minutes. We also found roaches in the lobby bathroom, and the shower was dirty.

I'd meant to stay here after booking the wrong place by mistake a few months earlier. The front desk woman then had been so nice that I wanted to return. On Thursday, when I checked in, I asked about late checkout for Saturday and was told to ask the manager the next day. When I got to the room, I found the peephole was just a hole with no glass, so I stuffed it with tissue. I also opened the fridge and found food and a half-drunk soda inside. I didn't make a fuss about either issue. The next day I asked for a manager and was told they weren't there. On checkout day, I asked for extra time and was given only 30 minutes. At 11:38, while packing and zipping my luggage, someone knocked. A man who wasn't housekeeping, but seemed to be a manager, told me I was 10 minutes over the time he'd given me. I was already apologizing when I opened the door, but he was irritated and rude. I left right behind him and met him at the desk for my receipt. When I asked his name so I could leave a review, he refused, saying it was his prerogative not to give it if I was writing a review. I was livid and asked him to stop talking and just give me my receipt. He said I had started it, and I nearly lost it. It was a horrible stay, and I'll never stay here again.

The pool is advertised as indoor, but it only opens seasonally, which isn't mentioned. The rooms were spacious, though not very clean. There was a marijuana smell in the elevator and on the third-floor hallway. Breakfast was okay, but the choices weren't what I'm used to, and the bread was stale.
