Anne's Washington Inn

Our guests keep saying how thoughtfully every detail was handled. The Inn felt elegant, warm, and inviting, and my daughter’s bridal shower was absolutely beautiful. Madeline was friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure things ran smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this venue for a shower or other special event.

With the state park, performing arts center, and historic town all a short walk away, there’s plenty of Saratoga to enjoy from this inn. It sits high on a hill among acres of green lawn and flowering shrubs, and it’s a beautiful historic place with the best of Saratoga Springs practically at its fingertips.

The front porch was such a lovely spot to enjoy and take pictures, and the charming, well-kept property made the day feel special. I had my bridal shower here in May 2024, and the beautiful event room fit our group of about 40 perfectly. My mom planned it and had a great experience working with Madeleine, the venue’s manager. I’m an event planner and manager myself, and I’d absolutely recommend Anne's Washington Inn for a shower or small group event. Thanks for making my shower so special!

We’ve stayed several times over the past four years, including for Skidmore’s graduation, and this inn is just easy: charming without being fussy. Joe, the owner, is gracious and on the ball, with a fine, light spirit. The rooms have that same feel, and so does breakfast when the coffee is hot. We once checked out at 4 PM because we were having too much fun at a celebratory lunch downtown. There are horses around, along with pictures and books, but the place doesn’t need the races to stay in the race. It is the race, moving at an old-world pace. This review is late, unlike the service.
