The oceanfront location was fantastic. We had a ground floor unit that opened onto the private lawn and pool, where watching the sunrise from a beach chair was phenomenal. The bed was comfy, everything inside was very nice, and there were plenty of nearby places to go, including good local eateries separate from the big hotel chains. It was very quiet apart from traffic on the front side of the building, which didn't bother me. The lack of A/C is my only gripe, and why I gave it 4/5. I struggled to fall asleep every night and was exhausted by the end of the trip from being uncomfortable in the heat. I'm not a good sleeper, so others might manage it more easily. If there were A/C, I'd give top ratings across the board. I really loved this place, but I'm not 100% sure I'd stay again because I'm a baby when it comes to sleep.

The location is awesome, with lots to see and do. The beach on the property is really nice, and the pool and grounds are decent. If you can get past the issues, it can be a nice stay. If you rent an abnb here, you probably won't have AC, and some days get really hot. Opening the balcony and front door helps, but then you hear a lot of front doors slamming. Road noise is constant, with cars hitting a metal plate in the street, speeding, and playing loud music. You also hear doors opening and slamming. The main bedroom has glass shutter windows that don't close properly, and they howl and let in the road noise. There are ants all over, including inside the units. I also noticed homeless people and random shopping carts, including carts right beside the elevator.

Condo 406 was a great place to stay for 10 days. The room was great, and the pool, ocean views, and beach were lovely. The beach itself isn't very big, and the stairs no longer reach all the way down to the sand, so getting down takes a bit of a jump. I'd very much recommend this place!

We saw turtles in the water and on the beach every day we were there. This is a small, quiet place close to shops, with an amazing private beach. The facility was well maintained, and the onsite management were friendly and accommodating. The pool and spa were always clean, and using the BBQ at sunset was a blast.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here, and it was a beautiful getaway. The apartment was clean and spacious, with incredible views. The grounds were just what we wanted, right up to the beach, so we could stay on the grass, play in the pool, or use the beach facilities. It felt like a little community, and it was wonderful meeting people from all over the world. Shops, restaurants, and cafes were an easy walk in both directions.
