We just got back on January 1, 2026. The view from the units is wonderful. One important thing: the elevator doesn’t work and won’t be repaired until at least May, according to several owners on site. They said it was a manufacturing problem. That could be an issue if you can’t manage four flights of stairs.

The grounds were a favorite for us: beautiful landscaping, loads of flowers, and the largest fiddle leaf fig I’ve ever seen. We loved the ocean view and the chairs on the back lawn, where we could watch the kids on the beach, look for turtles (we saw several), or just listen to the ocean. The building is older but well kept. The pool is small and simple, always very clean, and the kids enjoyed having it mostly to themselves. In summer there’s a small beach that was perfect for them. We had zero complaints about the condo building and grounds, and would recommend them!

The facility was very clean, and it’s far enough north to be away from the more touristy area. There are beautiful ocean views and quick swimming access to a small sandy area. From the grassy seating area, you can spot the sea turtles passing close to shore. Give them space. Also wear water shoes when swimming so you don’t step on an urchin.

A great spot to relax and unwind. Enjoy the videos of outriggers, paddle boards, sea turtles, whales, and those gorgeous sunsets. FYI, Kaleialiha 4th floor lanai.

The condo is right on the water, though the shoreline means there’s no beach access from the property. Still, it’s a really convenient location, just minutes from great beaches, shopping, and beautiful hikes.
