The location was okay, right by Ala Moana mall and a short drive or walk from the beach and magic island park. But I wasn’t happy with how the booking worked out. I reserved an ocean view room through Trivago, and the view turned out to be a slim gap between buildings. There was no housekeeping service. When I called the front desk, they said the room was owned and operated by a “third-party,” and I’d have to contact them for service, which would cost extra. None of that was mentioned when I booked.
