Hilton Grand Vacations Club Hokulani Waikiki Honolulu

The pool on the 16th floor was a highlight, with a bar, pool, jacuzzi, and first-come, first-served cabanas. The top-floor views were so relaxing, and the location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions around Waikiki. Our room was on the small side but laid out well, so it didn’t feel cramped. The bathroom had a spacious modern shower, no tub, which was fine for us, updated amenities, and a mirror with a built-in television that we really enjoyed. We were there for our honeymoon, and the service made the stay even better. Valet, housekeeping, and front desk employees were all friendly, professional, and attentive. They greeted us in the hallways, offered help, and responded promptly to requests. The one annoyance was getting out of the parking garage with valet. Heavy traffic and frequent pedestrians sometimes made it difficult to pull onto the street. That was minor compared with the rest of the experience. It’s a fantastic hotel, and we’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Honolulu.

The big, beautiful bathroom and kitchen are two of my favorite things here. The 1 br suite is really spacious, and as HGV owners, we can't beat this beautiful property. We’ve stayed at Hokulani before and plan to come back. It’s easy to get around and not too busy, with lots to do and plenty of places to eat. The beach is an easy 1/3 mile walk. The location makes it easy to walk to everything, and the place felt safe and clean. The room was amazing: a kitchen stocked with dishes, microwave, stove, coffee maker, full size refrigerated and freezer, and a balcony. The bathroom was incredible, with a TV, a tub that fills from a ceiling faucet, and a HEATED toilet seat! You must stay here when you come!!

The room was clean and updated, better than most timeshare places, and the views and service were okay. Since it’s above Dior, there’s some street nosiness. Parking was a real problem. The attendant gave me only 15 minutes to check in, unload luggage, and get my family settled. At checkout there was no bell hop at the first floor bell booth by Beachwalk. We eventually found one, but had to keep the rental car running while waiting for the bags to be brought down. Guests should know arrival and departure can be challenging.
