Hotel La Croix

Cory and Chiqui made everything feel smooth, including the logistics, and gave me the best front desk service I've had. The bellman, whose name I forgot, was great too and kindly kept our luggage for us. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our room had plenty of space for two, and Hotel La Croix is close to the beach without being so near that it gets noisy. Great value, and I'd stay again.

We first stayed at Hotel La Croix in 2022 and liked the location and service enough to return in 2026. Annie had looked after us the first time, so I contacted her again. She took care of everything, helped us get good rates, and made sure the service was great. She and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no complaints. Our rooms were clean and nice, with a kitchenette. This time there was also brunch breakfast, which worked well for us so we didn't have to go elsewhere in the morning, and the kids enjoyed it too. It's an easy walk to Waikiki beach, and the hotel has free beach towels and chairs, internet, a pool, and a sauna. It's smoke-free, with a shopping mall, park, and food court nearby. Valet parking was a big help as well. I'd give it 5/5 based on our stay and would return if we could get this kind of service again. I've already recommended Hotel La Croix in Honolulu, Hawaii to family and friends. Thanks to Annie and all her staff. I'd suggest giving it a try.

Vince at the front desk was awesome, and housekeeping kept my room spotless and well supplied with towels and toiletries. The toiletries smelled good and were topped up before I ran out. The pillows could be better, but they give you three, so you can stack them. I could walk to lots of places from here, and there was a refillable water station too. The gym is small, but enough for a short workout, which is more than many hotels in this price range offer. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very good value made this a great stay.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, even though the floor could use sanding and restaining. Vince and Craig really helped us out, and the woman at the morning breakfast buffet, sorry, I forgot her name, was extremely helpful. The buffet is excellent value. It's a clean, family-friendly place at a good price, near the Waikīkī hub but set back enough to be a little away from it.
