The room was decent and clean, though it wasn’t five-star quality. What stood out was the excellent service, with an extremely friendly staff. The restaurant on site served incredible breakfasts. It’s very close to the beach and lots of food and souvenir shops, so the location is great. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The location was perfect, and I have to say the hotel was extremely clean, with no bugs in sight. I was impressed that the hallway windows were open. But the pictures don’t match what you get. The hotel is really old, with poorly installed wallpaper that looked like it was from 1969. The tub was tiny, and the magnetic shower head meant you had to stand at the back or hold it. There was a fire on Saturday morning, 1/24/2026, around 5:00am. The alarm was faint, and if I hadn’t been a light sleeper, it could have been deadly for us on the 12th floor. We spent about an hour outside. Nobody knocked or called our room. I only opened the door because I saw people going down the stairs. The fire was contained in the lobby, but we got no apology, credit, or refund. Parking was $50 a night, which is crazy for an old hotel calling itself a resort. I’m not sure how it got four stars. Without the fire I might have given three, but two is all it deserves, respectfully.

The rooms are basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was so small I felt cramped, even at 5'1. Breakfast was good, and the location was perfect, half a block from the beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. All our tours picked us up across the street, so we didn’t need to rent a car.

It’s an older hotel, but clean and in a great location. We arrived early from the airport with our baby girl, and they let us check in early and provided a crib. After our cruise we came back, and they again let us check in early with her and provided a crib. Breakfast is delicious. They’ll keep your luggage in the lobby while you explore before check-in, and after checkout too for a small fee. The bellhop locks the bags together.

The breakfast buffet is light, but there’s a good variety, and the people working there are great. Our room was nice and stayed clean, and everyone on staff was friendly from arrival to checkout. The hotel’s also close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We’ve stayed before and will be back. Mahalo to the whole team!
