Inn on the Park Waikiki

This upgraded 14th floor unit 11 feels comfortable and stylish, like home. From the private balcony, you get an unobstructed view of Diamond head, the ocean, and the park, and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has a king bed, sofa bed, split air conditioner, 75 inch Samsung TV, Keurig coffee machine, microwave range, and built in cooktop. There's 24 hour security and a laundry room. Nice to have morning coffee outside with the Pacific view and explore Waikiki.

Handy location, with plenty of ABC stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. The place has a pool and laundry, but the hallways always smelled bad. Otherwise, a great place.

The hallway and elevator look pretty worn, and there are scheduled water shutoffs. Staff were rude, and check in was exactly at 3 pm, with nothing earlier. Still, for the price and location, I think it's a good choice, better than paying $300 a night at a regular hotel. I booked through Expedia two months in advance. It's very affordable for a budget stay, everything is walkable, and the main bus routes are less than a 10 minute walk away. The mini kitchen has everything you need, and it's way better than a hotel room. The views outside the room are really beautiful.

We've stayed here before and it's a good place in Hawaii, though the unit makes a difference. Last time, our one bedroom had some pros and cons. This time, the studio was teeny tiny. The view and location are the best parts. Based on the room, I give it these stars, but for the view and location I'd give more.
