I paid for parking for several days and was about 30 minutes late renewing it for the next day. All the tickets were displayed, and even the tow company agreed I was still within the same hour as the expiration. The business practices felt shady and predatory. I wouldn’t park here, let alone spend the night.

It’s within walking distance of a nice beach, which is the only real benefit. The condo units are poorly maintained, and the condominium itself is average. Next time, I’d pay more for somewhere clean.

It’s affordable and safe, which is what matters to me. The building is older and hasn’t been updated recently, but it’s clean, with no bugs, hot water, and air conditioning. The lobby has nice seating areas and is clean. Security guards and cameras make it feel safe: people are recorded when they come in, some doors close at dark to funnel people past the guards, and you need a room key to use the elevator. I’m not sure why it’s rated so low.

Big oof. The units are shabby, and the place is poorly maintained, to put it kindly. The water was off for 12 hours across two days. The location is handy for shopping, food, and beaches, but that’s about the only real benefit. I’d spend a few more bucks for a better place. Parking in the area is a nightmare, and there are literally only eight spots. It’s a rough place to park, so don’t buy 24-hour parking unless you’re certain you won’t need to move your car for a while. Hope this helps!
