A distinctive building with a great design that stands out near and far. The location works well for a business or a place to live, and you can walk to Waikiki beaches, restaurants, amenities, Ala Moana Park, and the shopping center.
About 30 minutes ago, my sister was carrying her 18-month-old baby and took the wrong elevator while trying to reach the parking lot for her car. Two Caucasian male security guards harassed her, made her get off, and sent her downstairs to use another elevator. We’re very unhappy with how these private guards treated her. Please take action and retrain them for their rude and racist behavior. They should be fired or suspended. I can’t believe people like this are in Hawaii, ruining vacations. No thank you!
This is our fourth or fifth stay here, and we do like coming back. The location is good, the units are a little old but clean, and the common areas are very well maintained. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to all our concerns. The new Hawaii hotel tax adds almost 20% to the total cost, though, and that could affect whether we book again. Quick post, I’ll add more when time permits.
I’m a long-term resident who comes and goes, and I’m not impressed with manager Chris White. He doesn’t reply when I email or leave a voicemail. My maintenance team told me he scolded the front door staff for not letting outside workers in. We also had an uncomfortable situation with some tenants, and he tells that story to other people who come to work on our unit when he feels close to them. To make it worse, he mixed our story up with something that happened in another unit. That’s not professional.
