I wouldn’t recommend living here. The manager, Jodie, is horrific and very, very mean. More than 15 tenants are unhappy with her right now, and the property manager intimidates tenants and makes our lives hell. The pool hasn’t worked in almost 2 years, and there have been sewage leaks in the garage multiple times.

I live here and love it. It could use some tlc, but that’s okay. The 70s vibe is beautiful.

We checked in September 23, and getting into the lobby to pick up the door and elevator fob was inconvenient. The unit had so many problems. Both bathroom doors looked ready to fall off, the shower door wouldn’t close properly, the windows were filthy, and one fan was broken. Several slats were missing from the second bedroom window, letting heat and bugs in. The sliding door was broken, hard to open, and dirty, as were both bedroom windows. There was trash under the beds in both bedrooms, the master bedroom flooring didn’t line up, the shower tile was filthy, and the furniture was splintered. The dishes and silverware were mismatched, and the silverware was dirty and rusty. Two months before we arrived, I called vacasa to ask if there was a pool and hot tub and whether they were working. They said absolutely. The curtains in both bedrooms and the dining room were stained and filthy too. The whole situation was embarrassing because we invited my in laws on this trip and they flew in from London 🇬🇧. It has potential, maybe after being gutted and redone. Filthy and disgusting. There were red marks and smears on the walls and toilet paper. The second room’s window was dusty, broken, and faced the hallway where anyone could reach in. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and although there’s a dishwasher, there were no pods. The bathroom door was broken and black with fingerprints. We weren’t told where the garbage shoot was. There’s only one key/fob, so a group can’t split up easily. They left us an already opened bag of coffee as a gift, and there wasn’t a broom to sweep up sand. Do NOT recommend.
