Waiting for an elevator here was miserable. There are four, though it felt like only two were running, and the wait could be 15-20 minutes. When one finally came, it was already full, with no room to get on. The corridors aren't air-conditioned either, so you end up sweating while you wait. Really inconvenient and badly managed.

We had plenty of space for three or four people, and the kitchen was set up with what we needed to cook. There’s a big refrigerator for food and drinks. Beaches are only a short block away, with lots of nearby places to eat and shop.

The price and location were appealing, but I wouldn't recommend this unit after our week there in Aug 2025, in tower 1 unit 1212. It didn't meet our cleanliness standards: the walls were dirty, the faucet moved, the shower curtain and furniture weren't clean. It looks like the unit has had a lot of use without the upkeep to keep it in good shape, and it didn't look like the photos. I wouldn't rent it again because I don't know how to find a unit that actually matches the pictures. Once that trust is gone...

During a tsunami warning, the GM and staff kept us informed and helped us feel safe. Everyone was understanding and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was handy, just a block or so from shops and good restaurants, and the lobby had a fish pond and waterfall. There’s also a mini mart and coffee shop on the main floor. Our simple room in tower 1 had a mountain view at sunrise, though a tall hotel partly blocked it. We stayed Feb 22nd to Feb 28th this year and had chosen three beds, but got two beds and a couch. The room came with garbage bags, dish soap, towels, pool towels, pots and pans, a coffee maker, blow dryer, glasses, and wine glasses. There was an ice tray in the freezer, but we had to fill it ourselves. The first night the ceiling leaked, soaking my mom, the bed, and the floor. I contacted Midway vacations; someone came to look and brought new sheets, but apparently moving us wasn't an option. After our first day, the pool was drained and closed, reopening two days before we left. Elevators were being renovated, so often only one or two were running and there were long lines in a 37-floor building. On the last day just one was working, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. At least we weren't on floor 37. We also didn't learn about the trash chute at the end of the hall until another guest mentioned it on our last day. We'd been taking trash to the dumpster.
