The rooftop grill is the best around.

Changing elevators to get to the upper floors gets old. Still, the Winsor has a great gym, a rooftop barbecue area, and even a library. The views are pretty spectacular, and it was great being able to watch the weekly pre-Covid19 fireworks from the window or from the rooftop.

This felt like a bait and switch. We had specifically said we wanted a different address or building, but they showed us something completely different. Maybe it was a site mistake, but I doubt it. Good thing we know the buildings in that area.

AJNENNI at Windsor Ala Moana center seemed to be having a bad day when she helped me at the cashier. I was buying two white dresses. At first she didn't take them from my hand and mumbled that I could put them on the counter. She was already frowning. I asked if they had ink spots because there were lots of ink marks on the counter, and she answered with a sigh. I wanted a garment bag for one dress that I was giving to my sister. Instead, she put both dresses on one hanger. When I asked if they could be hung separately, she said, “we only have one hanger.” With all the hangers around and WINDSOR being a clothing store, I laughed and thought she was joking, but she wasn't. She kept frowning and was lacking courtesy and hospitality. Maybe she hates her job or has something going on, but she shouldn't be working as a salesperson if she can't do the job. WINDSOR should work on customer service training and fire these lazy, incompetent employees.
