Claude B.
When we arrived, my wife checked the beds as she always does and found bedbugs in both, including live ones, larvae, and what looked like droppings. We called the manager, who said we’d have to wait three hours for her to arrive. When she got there, we explained the problem and offered to show her photos, but she didn’t want to see them. She gave us keys to another room, where my wife checked again and found small plastic bug traps between the mattress and box spring. We took them back to the manager. She looked at them, paused, and then said she didn’t know what they were. After a while she agreed to refund us, but she refused to look at the photos or come see either room herself. That made us think she already knew about the bedbugs. Since bedbugs spread between rooms over time, finding them on two different floors made us worry they were everywhere. Stay away from this place.
