We were able to check in early so we could get ready for my son's wedding, and the hosts were so accommodating about it. My husband and I stayed in Cabin 5, which was small but just right for the two of us. The thoughtful extras made a big difference, from the mini coffee maker and regular and decaf coffee to tea, sugar, creamer, and other sweeteners. There was also a microwave and refrigerator, plus shampoo in the shower and lovely-smelling hand soap in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for taking such good care of your guests!

Rob helped us find places to explore beyond Sleeping Bear Dunes, and his suggestions made our first trip up north even more fun than we expected. He was warm and thoughtful throughout, and made us feel welcome and at ease. When Expedia made an error, he stepped in right away and personally made sure the reservation for my birthday getaway was secure. He was hands down the best host I've met. We can't wait to come back with our kids. This was our first trip up north, but it won't be our last. Rob has a lifetime summer customer in us. I'd give him 100 stars if I could. The cabin was spotless, and everything was well maintained, inside and out. We stayed at Cedar Ridge Cabins for Labor Day weekend in 2024 with my husband and newborn son. After a terrible cabin weekend in Indiana, I wanted to come back and say how lovely this stay was. Our cabin had cool furniture and nice touches that we later learned the owner had made. It also had a sink, fridge, microwave, and plenty of utensils. We ate at the picnic table right outside. Although the cabins are on a main road, I barely noticed the passing cars. We had a really great stay and hope to return when our kids are a little older.

Cabin 7 was clean and updated, and worked perfectly for our family of four. We had a nice bonfire, the kids played in the sandbox, and it was close to Sleeping Bear. Thanks for a great weekend!

Mudgies is right next door, which made the location perfect. We had a lovely summer getaway, and even with our late check-in everything went smoothly. The cabin was really clean and felt homey.
