The staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was good in a spotless dining area. Our room was bright, with more useful lighting than we’ve had in other hotels, and plenty of outlets. It had comfortable beds and sheets, plus a shower with great water pressure. The whole hotel had just been renovated and was immaculate. I’d happily recommend it.

The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job, and the person serving breakfast was so sweet. I enjoyed most of my week here, but the last few days left me feeling the stay should have been discounted. With the first floor under construction, that hallway was blocked, and the stairs from the second floor to the lobby were closed too. To get breakfast or use the amenities, I had to take the elevator to the back of the first floor, then walk outside in 35-degree weather to reach the front. It was a real inconvenience.

We had a brand new king room and it was really nice. The breakfast bar was good, too. Mr. Mitchell was awesome when we checked in last night, and the young person there this morning was friendly and polite. We’ll definitely come back.

The customer service was the worst, and I wouldn't stay here again. They charged me for parking without telling me, held $250 for incidentals for just one night, and the building was under construction. At breakfast time, I waited 20 minutes for them to make coffee, and there was nothing else available.

The rooms on the second floor have all been newly renovated. Ours was quiet, clean, and spacious. I’d stay here again if I were in the area.
