Quality Inn At Fort Lee

The staff were very pleasant, and the room looked pretty decent. Everything was fairly clean except the floors, and there were no bugs.

The location is great, but service was awful. The pool wasn’t open and there was no breakfast, so the photos made this place look much nicer than it was. The woman at the front desk was very rude, and it looked like she was training someone. I hope the new employee finds a better job. Call before booking to make sure the advertised features are actually available.

Monica was on point when we checked in, and the staff were fantastic. Ms. Mary, the general manager, is amazing and really cares about your well-being. She goes above and beyond to help you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I used to stay here twice a week, but I won’t spend my money here anymore. Since the new management took over, they’ve started making their own policies. They now take a $50 deposit and return it only after inspecting your room. Having someone go through your bedroom and bathroom, then keeping you waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the deposit, is embarrassing. Now they also require ID from every person staying, even if you’re with your daughter, son, or wife. It feels like they’re investigating everyone. This isn’t an immigration office.
