The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with good linens. We also had nice quality towels, a flat screen TV that looked new, and a microwave with a packet of popcorn. The curtains, including the shower curtain, seemed to have been replaced recently. The baseboard electric heater worked well and wasn't noisy like some hotel heaters. We were in room 124, and for the price I think it was good value. The motel is quite old, with thin walls, dated furniture, and plumbing that was sometimes noisy, but they seem to be making an effort to make it comfortable for the night. When we arrived, someone was playing loud music and smoking, and a strong skunk smell was coming into our room. My husband told the manager, who dealt with it right away. The rest of the night was quiet, and we slept well.
