Best Western Plus Goodman Inn & Suites

My company makes me stay here, and I hate that I have to. The rooms smell awful, with so much moisture that the odor just hangs around. There’s mold on the walls, bugs including roaches, and most of the time the smoke detectors don’t have batteries. I wouldn’t choose to stay here myself. I’m sure the owner will apologize in a comment, but I know he doesn’t care because he’s never around.

Don't spend your money or time here. A local employer uses this hotel, and the problems include bugs, mold, bad floors, poor service, and lax safety standards for the CO2 and fire alarms. My husband’s room was broken into by hotel employees. They call these things isolated incidents, but they aren't. People have sent them plenty of photos, videos, and comments, and they still refuse to acknowledge or fix the issues.

The women at the front desk were gracious, but we left early the next morning and cancelled the rest of our stay. The hotel was in poor condition: the bed sagged, the carpet was visibly dirty, and the smell kept me awake all night. Please don't pay to stay here. You won't be satisfied.

I drive an 18-wheeler, and there’s tons of room to park. The rooms were clean and great, and the breakfast was amazing: biscuits and gravy, hash browns, eggs, and sausage with peppers and onions. Mrs Lakisha. R is a wonderful hostess who keeps the kitchen hot and the food fresh.
