The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the hot breakfast has several good choices, though you have to walk to another building to get it. The property is older, and that’s why I’m giving it four stars. Our room had a large TV and good towels, with useful lighting outside, and they accept small dogs. Parking is tight. It’s right across from Oaklawn racing and casino, but our room beside a breezeway got noisy when people came back late. I’ll stay here again.

We come back to BW Winner's Circle every year because the service and quality stay consistent. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly and seems happy to be there. Donna and the breakfast crew were especially wonderful. When they learned it was my birthday, they brought me a treat with a candle and sang happy birthday. See you next year!

The team at the Winners Circle helped us out after Microtel cancelled our reservation the morning we were due to arrive. We’d booked at least ten days ahead for a comedy show at the casino, then got a text saying our Garland county address meant we couldn’t stay because of a no-locals policy. I’d never heard of that before. The Winners Circle staff took our booking right away once we explained. We already have two more reservations and will keep coming back for Oaklawn concerts and shows. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The staff were respectful and helpful, and seemed ready to support the needs of tired travelers. The rooms are well cared for, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Oaklawn casino is just across the road. I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend.
