Best Western Ontario Mills Mall

It's not the closest hotel to ONT airport. I took UBER and LYFT, and each ride was about $23 plus tip. The interior is kind of old, but very clean, and the staff were really nice. The room was quiet, and I wasn't disturbed by neighbors at night. The simple hot breakfast worked well for people leaving early. My only real drawback was the lack of a USB wall charger or extension cord in the room. Luckily, I brought my own wall plug to charge my phone.

The room was spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked really well after a long day. Check-in was quick, and the front desk attendant was friendly. I also liked having coffee available in the lobby all day. I missed out on a credit for drinks and snacks because nobody mentioned the voucher when I checked in. When I asked the next morning, I was told it could only be given at check-in, which was frustrating. Breakfast was basic but enough to get going: waffles, juice, cheese omelettes, sausage links, potatoes, cereal, and yogurt. The potatoes were a bit undercooked.

Big shout-out to Gopal at Best Western on Ontario Mills Mall. It's satisfying to see someone taking care of the small maintenance jobs. He replaced old appliances with new ones, including simple food and drink appliances. Awesome job. The hotel is clean, and the staff are excellent. Thumbs up.

I've been locked out of my room for an hour because my key card somehow got deactivated. I'm a Best Western Diamond Club member, and I've never had service this horrible or seen this kind of lack of responsibility. I've called and yelled for help, but nobody has come. There's a sign saying they're helping another customer, but that's a complete lie. I've walked every hallway and can't find anyone. Worst service ever!
