It costs too much for what you get, and breakfast was just juice, cereal, and toast. We couldn't request a first-floor room because, as we were told, the rooms were filled with disabled people. The place needs a full remodel. A woman even knocked on our door asking if we wanted to trade laundry soap for drugs, omg. This really wasn't a great place to stay.

The room was tidy, and the young man who helped me was kind, approachable, and patient with my many questions. The people in wheelchairs outside were friendly too and didn't bother us. I'd come back next time I'm in town.

I can imagine the owners are nice, but my own experience was all attitude. On many weekends, people I took to be drug users roam the parking lot through the night and go door to door around 4:30 a.m. asking for cigarettes. Police and private security are constantly around too, yet the place still has some very bad elements.

The room was dirty, with cigarette burns across the sheets and brown dust on the toilet seat cover and in the vent. The AC barely cooled anything even on full blast, and by 5 a.m. the room was barely cooler than the outside air. The old, bulky TV had terrible reception. On arrival, the front clerk saw us, then went back to her phone for a few more minutes before helping. Even getting in and out of the room was a struggle because the door needed a shove.

The front desk staff were amazing, and the place is well kept. My brother is being helped through a program affiliated with Knights Inn, and everyone in that program has been so good to him. They take the time to listen and have been incredibly kind. This is the first place I could leave with a smile and warmth in my heart. Thank you all for being such a blessing. ❤️ Staci
