Candlewood Suites Hot Springs by IHG

We’re planning to stay here again when we’re back in the area. It’s a handy base for a weekend in Hot Springs or Little Rock, just a few minutes’ drive from the Park and Downtown even though it’s outside the town center. The room was excellent, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot shower water, and a full kitchen area that gives you more options than a standard hotel room. The fitness center is well equipped, including dumbbells up to 50 pounds. Staff were great every time we interacted with them.

The rooms have recently been redone and were spotlessly clean. I was impressed enough that I might stay again tomorrow. The kitchenette came in handy when takeout arrived without silverware, and the water pressure was good. Staff were nice, and food and shopping are close by. There’s also a spot out back where my service dogs could roam and relieve themselves.

Jordan at the front desk made a big difference during our two-night stay on December 26th and 27th, 2025. She was professional, informative, polite, and very accommodating. The hotel has recently been renovated, and both the lobby and our spacious room felt fresh, clean, and well maintained. We had what we needed, and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere made for a restful getaway. We’ll book again and recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone wanting a clean, updated, welcoming place. Five stars.

I always have a great experience at Candlewood Suite. Booking online was quick and easy, and Kim was super nice when I checked in later in the evening. Jordan was on shift the next morning and was just as sweet, helpful, and kind. Thanks, Kim and Jordan, for another awesome stay!
