Comfort Suites near Hot Springs Park

The room was clean, the hotel was nice, and breakfast was good. The bed, though, had a huge dip in the middle and felt like it had been worn out for years. The pool area was dirty when we visited around 9 pm, with wet towels left on nearly every chair, overflowing trash, and an unclean bathroom. We came back around 10 the next morning and it all looked the same. There weren't any clean pool towels either time.

I've stayed here for years and wouldn't trade it. It's right in the middle of the city, so getting around is easy, and there’s an indoor pool, workout room, and really good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Best of all, the staff are attentive, thoughtful, and always willing to help.

The only issue so far is that the pillows are hard. The rooms are clean, though, and the staff were so kind and helpful at check-in, including getting a bed for my 10.month old after I forgot his bassinet. We'll definitely stay again when we're back.

I usually have very good experiences with the Choice brand, and this stay was no exception. Check-in on Sunday evening, Sept. 14 was quick, and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. I only used the hallways, lobby, elevators, and outdoor area, but everything seemed in good shape. The area felt safe too. Checking out Wednesday morning, Sept. 17 was just as easy. I'd stay here again.
