Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and we ate there both mornings. The fresh cookies each day were a thoughtful touch, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and really helpful. The room, though, should have been much cleaner, especially for what we paid. There was debris across the floor, splatters of unknown stuff in several places, and even a banana sticker on the fire alarm. The walls were also so thin that we could hear people around us both nights. The location worked well for getting downtown, and I wish the room had lived up to the rest of the experience.

The staff were consistently polite and cheerful, and breakfast was great. Our room was clean and pleasant, with plump pillows, comfortable beds, and a good-sized TV. The air conditioner worked well too. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Kristen was incredibly sweet and moved us to another room quickly, so I want to be clear that this isn't a reflection on her. We were only stopping here on our way home from vacation, and the photos and reviews had made the hotel look recently renovated and nice. Our first room had ants and a really bad smell. The second was better, but still not very clean, especially the floors, which need a deep clean. There were also large gaps beneath the doors that didn't feel very safe. I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a lovely stay from check-in through checkout. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. The staff we met were kind, and the customer service was excellent. We'll be back!

Peggy was such a sweet server at breakfast. The food selection could be a bit better, though. We had a great weekend, and our room was clean. The TV even had a cute “Welcome” note on the screen.
