Rodeway Inn Hot Springs National Park Area

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but plenty adequate, and the inn sits in a very quiet area. It's a little over a mile from the downtown shops and bath houses. We found it well worth the price and would stay again when we're back in the area. We chose it after comparing hotels and inns online for a short Hot Springs getaway, since it was affordable and had good reviews.

Carol at the front desk was wonderful and gave us such good service. The room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the price was great for what we got. We did feel safe during our stay, even though the area looked a bit run-down at first. We were two women, went to nearby stores, and came and went at night without a problem. Downtown is only about four minutes away, and I'd happily stay here every time I visit.

The front desk staff were kind and pointed us toward good things to see and do nearby. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was enough to tide us over. The rooms were updated and clean, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't have noise issues. For a two-star hotel, it's the best I've stayed in.

We were unsure about the area and don't usually choose motels, but Carol made us feel welcome right from check-in. The property was extremely clean, and our room was cleaner than many five-star hotels and condos we've stayed in. One evening the AC gave us trouble, but the staff acted quickly and maintenance fixed it without any hassle. The pool was spotless and well kept, too. We had a wonderful stay at Rodeway Inn in Hot Springs, AR, and would gladly come back and recommend it. It's clear the team takes pride in the place and its hospitality.
