Our room had special treats waiting when we arrived, and the butler’s kitchens offered generous items each day. Breakfast was delicious, too. We had a wonderful extended weekend at The Reserve at Hot Springs, a breathtaking historic property behind gates. The decor was fantastic, and both the grounds and rooms were beautifully appointed with all the amenities we expected and more. The staff were attentive and courteous. We’ll definitely come back.

The breakfasts were delicious and varied from one morning to the next, with freshly squeezed orange juice. During our lovely, relaxing two nights at the Reserve, the gracious hosts made us feel welcome. The beautiful house was furnished and decorated with real care, and fresh flowers were everywhere. Welcome prosecco and tasty homemade cookies were among the little touches that made a difference. We’ve traveled widely and stayed in wonderful places, and we can’t recommend The Reserve highly enough.

The location worked perfectly for us, about 5 minutes from Bathhouse Row and away from the busy area, and only a few minutes from the horse races. We’ll be back next year. This was our first BnB stay, and Mark and Rhonda set the bar in Heaven. I can’t see how another place will compare. The photos don’t do it justice. There’s so much CHARM, and I fell in love with the place. Everything was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and CLEAN. Mark and Rhonda met us in the parking lot, which says a lot about them. They clearly know the industry and were so kind. Our gorgeous room came with treats and a glass of champagne, and breakfast really was AH-MAZING, just like all the reviews say.

We could see the horse track from the balcony, and the grounds are gorgeous. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The Reserve is beautiful, the rooms cozy, and the breakfast phenomenal. It was hands down one of our best weekend getaways. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to any couple needing a break.

Lisa greeted us on arrival and showed us around the main home. When I realized I’d forgotten a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday, she even brought a small bottle to our room in an ice bucket. That’s five-star service! The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved having coffee delivered in the morning. Nathan’s cookies and the daily breakfast were delicious. The Reserve is perfectly placed for Oaklawn, just a 5 minute walk away. We had a lovely visit and will stay again.
