Private and quiet, this place is away from the main area but still close enough to drive. Service was great, and the hotel was very clean, though it feels like a 2-star hotel, as others have said. The pool was warm and the fire pit was going. Breakfast was grab-and-go. The memory foam beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful room details: a bathroom nightlight below the light switch, hooks, a magnetic do-not-disturb sign, curtains that tuck in at the sides to make the room completely dark, and all the amenities you need.

Free parking, with plenty of spaces. The motel is next to a busy road, as most are, but you don't really hear the cars. Our room was clean, nice, and quite spacious, with a good bed and a fine shower. Breakfast wasn't much, but it worked if you just want something simple.

We were in Sedona for a wedding and had a great stay at the GreenTree Inn. The staff let us check in early so we could get ready, which helped a lot. The location is right on Sedona's main drag and close to everything, and it was affordable and surprisingly nice for the price. Our room felt fresh and comfortable, with new flooring, a huge TV, and a clean, updated look. We were really happy with the stay and would recommend the GreenTree Inn to anyone visiting Sedona. We'll definitely stay again next time!

Quiet place to stay, and the room was good. We used the Jacuzzi. Breakfast was free, but there wasn't much, and the juice machine was broken, so we skipped it. Still, it was a good stay.

The place feels old and could use a renovation. Staff were helpful, but breakfast was cold only and left a lot to be desired. EV charging is a nice feature, though you have to get a key from the front desk every time you charge and then return it. That's really inconvenient. They should let customers keep the key and charge a fee if it's not returned.
