We slept so well, the bed and sheets were really cozy. Tammy and Dave were the best hosts, so friendly, and the entrance felt cozy too. We enjoyed the community library and getting to spend time with other guests. Breakfast was great, served family-style at a big table, and the location was perfect, right by the Homestead. We’ll definitely be back!

Tammy and Dave made the B&B feel like an outstanding experience with how thoughtful and kind they were. Arriving felt more like visiting extended family than checking into an inn. The location was excellent, too, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Hot Springs.

The 120-year-old house was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt fresh, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Did I mention how clean it was? Spotless and extremely well maintained. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the nation, and this one puts them to shame. I’d definitely stay again.

We were in town for a wedding at the homestead resort and didn’t want to pay the homestead prices. This bed and breakfast had a comfortable, at-home feel that you wouldn’t get at a resort, along with plenty of history and charm. The couple who run it were friendly and professional, and breakfast was fantastic on both mornings we were there. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely return!

Built in 1900, this beautiful home has been an Inn since 1906, and its historical character made the visit especially enjoyable. The furniture, fireplaces, and decorations reminded me of a Thomas kinkade painting. It’s only a short walk to everything in town, too. Tammy and Dave were extraordinary hosts, serving us with such kindness and care.
