We needed a pet-friendly place for two nights in Hot Springs, AR, and TownePlace Suites by Marriott worked out perfectly for us and our “fuzzy children.” Our room was the first one on the ground floor, beside the lobby, with easy outdoor access, which our Labrador grewtly enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a couch and ottoman, a roomy bathroom with an extra-large shower, and a huge TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows were low enough for our Yorkie to look out. I was also glad the floors were vinyl instead of carpet. The kitchenette was exceptionally well supplied: a five-foot refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal, roomy sink, huge microwave, countertop stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, cabinets and drawers full of dishes, pots and pans, towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, cream, sugar, bowls, silverware, and utensils. There was plenty of counter space, plus a built-in desk and a pullout dining table on wheels. The closet had shelves on one side, hanging space with a dozen wooden hangers on the other, and a full-size ironing board and iron. By the entrance, five pegs came in handy for coats, my purse, and Addie's leash and harness. There were also two large bedside tables with drawers, plenty of outlets and USB portals, four lamps, overhead and strip lights with different brightness levels, and blackout curtains for a fully dark room. WiFi and internet TV were easy to access. The room also had a phone, clock radio, smoke alarm, artwork, and linens. Breakfast was plentiful and hot, with all the trimmings, and included in the price. Best of all, the front desk staff were helpful and cordial, always greeting us with a smile and a bit of conversation. We were pleased with everything and everyone. The hotel sits high on a hill overlooking downtown Hot Springs, AR, with the Ozark mountains around the city. Thank you so much! 🩵🩷🩷🩷

The room price is excellent for this quality, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the room to the shower and toilet, which practically sparkled. The room felt cozy and had a refrigerator, small stovetop, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Breakfast was hearty, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. A special thanks to Nadjia and Knoa, who checked me in. They were incredibly positive and welcoming.

We spent much of our six-day Hot Springs vacation catching up with my brother and his wife from Mississippi on the patio. It had grills we could use and a firepit, which made it a nice place to gather. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and lots of things to do were close by. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This was our second year visiting the hotel and Hot Springs, and we’ll definitely be back.

A very enjoyable stay, with fresh, clean rooms and a breakfast that was simple, tasty, and kept clean and stocked by the staff. The woman I assume is the kitchen manager was everywhere, wiping things down, helping, restocking, and chatting with guests. She was great. Alana was sweet and super helpful, too, and the couple at the front desk were pleasant and ready with dinner suggestions. Best mid-range Marriott I’ve stayed at.

I spent two weeks here on a business trip and had a great stay. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs is centrally located, close to downtown, the casino, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and pretty much everything I needed. Thanks especially to Nadjia, Mickey, Alona, Adriene, and the whole team for being welcoming and attentive. When I asked, the breakfast staff helped me get an early selection so I could eat before sunrise during my Ramadan fast. I really appreciated that. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hot Springs.
