The room itself was okay, but definitely not luxurious. We thought we’d booked online before arriving, though staff couldn’t find the confirmation number. They were friendly and made check-in easier. After we’d been out for a while, our key stopped working. At the desk we got the unpleasant news that another party had been checked into our room while we were gone, so we had to move to a similar room to get to bed. Quality here is low: the ice machines are broken, room phones don’t work, and the TVs are dark and tiny. It’s tolerable for one night, but I’d choose somewhere else for a longer trip.

Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were watery, the sausage burnt, and there was no salt. The waffles had no butter or syrup either. When I asked for those, the woman at the counter acted like I was a nuisance.

The location was handy, the price was excellent, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. My room was spotless and nicely decorated, with laminate and tile floors, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

The room was clean and nice, and disability access was good. It did have a strong cleaner smell and a slippery bathroom floor. Staff were kind and helpful. Great experience.

Comfortable rooms, hot breakfast, and stores nearby. The staff are friendly, they price match, and checkout is at noon! 🤯
