The room smelled like urine, and the sheets were damp from washing, I hope. There was no hot water, and water was coming up through the floor under the tiles. The bathtub was dented and peeling, and for some reason the fire alarm was missing. Try pretty much any other hotel in the area. I can’t see how those five-star reviews are real.

The beds were nice and the room was clean, and the price seemed right when we stopped for the night. But the bathroom containers were all dry, with no soap at the sink and no soap or shampoo. We got two towels for two people and no bath mat, plus just one washcloth. Were we meant to share it? There wasn’t even a plastic cup for getting a drink. We travel a lot and use hotels when we can’t drive any longer. Never again at a Red Roof. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Mary from Philadelphia.

The front desk people were helpful, and the spacious room was very clean with everything needed for a good night. I’d recommend stopping here.

Check-in was quick, and my room was clean. I asked for a ground-floor room and got one right away, close to the lobby with safe parking nearby. I’d definitely stay here again.
