Holiday Inn Express Suites Wilson I-95

We only stayed one night, and the room was spotless with a really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Our small dog’s fee was $35, and booking through a third-party site got us a great room rate. I called ahead to ask about the pet charge, and the person at the desk was friendly and helpful. There’s free hot breakfast, plus lots of other food options, coffee, and gas close by. Great pet-friendly stop just off I-95. I’d recommend it.

The rooms were clean, and Brittany, the night manager, was wonderful with us. She took care of every concern and paid close attention to the details.

The room was great and clean, but Shaniqua and Tiffany made the stay feel especially warm and welcoming. They noticed a small room issue and fixed it right away before we even had to bring it up. They were also so sweet with our Golden Retriever. Every place should look for employees like those two.

Oliver checked me in late tonight, and he was terrific. He’s been here a long time, I think he said 11 years, and it shows in how quick and efficient he is, while still being genuinely friendly. He pointed out the best place to park and told me about the terrific breakfast. We chatted about the crazy drunks and other late-night shift stuff, and I told him I’d leave a review when I said goodnight. Please pass this along to him. Customer service should be like that. With the cost of living going up, I hope he gets a raise. Maybe he’ll remember me, the guy who checked in late. Great job, Oliver, and thanks again.
