The rooms were small, and the shower only got lukewarm, but the staff made it easy to overlook. Our flight landed at 6:45am for NCA Nationals and we were exhausted, so we stopped to see if anything was open. The front desk man understood our situation, rearranged things so we could check in early, and even walked up to the room to make sure it was ready. He was incredibly kind throughout. The woman handling breakfast looked after the children like a mom caring for her crew. The whole staff went above and beyond for our family, and it was just what we needed.

Brenda made breakfast delicious and gave the hotel a homey feel. Seeing her bright face was always a pleasure, and I'll miss Miss Brenda. She's the best. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming too.

Brenda is a wonderful employee who keeps the mornings running. The hotel was nice, the price was reasonable, and breakfast was great and included.

We ended up needing a place after our AC gave us trouble, and RAQUEL took great care of us. She was professional, kind, understanding, and quick to help. The hotel was extremely nice, neat, organized, and clean. Breakfast was included, and the oatmeal with all its toppings was great. Very happy, and we'll come back. Thanks, RAQUEL, you made a difference.

This was my fifth stay here. The room was very clean, the kitchenette was just the right size, and there were no bugs. The showers are really great too.
