We first stayed in a room with two full-size beds, then moved up to a suite, which was much better and had a kitchen. That worked especially well for me and the kids. The staff are fantastic, and the pool was clean. Housekeeping can come daily if you want, and they can change the bedding up to twice a week. My family has been dealing with some personal issues, so we’ve had to make life work in a hotel. The kids and I have been here almost a year. I was worried about having some stability, but this place has eased those fears. The location is great too.

Quiet place, comfy beds, and professional staff. The rooms are neat and clean, with that bleach smell. I love it. No complaints.

Dead and live cockroaches were in the filthy rooms. We switched rooms, and the first thing we saw there was a huge dead roach by the door. The cleaning staff barely removed the trash, and the bathroom looked like someone had thrown up in it. It went several days without being cleaned. Staff were rude, and they refused to refund us even after we showed them photo and video evidence of the filthy, bug-infested rooms. Avoid this place at all costs.

The rooms are affordable. The people at the front desk are nice and never rude, and the maids are really helpful.

The price and the kind people at the front desk were the only good parts. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They seem to have put in new floors, but everything else is moldy and gross. As soon as I went in, a bunch of gnats came off the walls. The bed sits very low, there were dead bugs in the corners, and the TV only works on some channels. Overall, it sucks.
