The staff were friendly and helped with the problems, including moving us to another Jacuzzi room. That one had hot water and a working remote, and its headboard seemed more secure than the first room’s. But we still couldn’t work out how to drain the tub, and the blanket was too small, so bring another or be ready to live with your chosen temperature all night. In the first room, the Jacuzzi water wasn’t hot, its drain plug was detached and broken, and the TV remote didn’t work. There were also about ten outlets placed haphazardly and a rickety mirror acting as the bed’s headboard. The second room was better, but the stay still wasn’t comfortable.

There was hair on the shower walls, and the showers themselves were bad. The couch was stained and should be replaced. Some cable channels were blocked, too.

I stayed over Christmas and found the room really dirty. The toilet and every wall needed cleaning. It could be a decent place if they scrubbed the walls and hired people who knew how to clean. Thankfully I had Lysol wipes and used them on every surface, including the toilet. I won’t stay here again.

It was only $85 a night for a single bed, so it was cheap. Still, the mattress had tough springs, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped well, and the towels had stains and hair on them. They’d also left the used toilet paper roll.
