Best Way Inn Houston

We paid for a smoke-free room, but it reeked of heavy smoking and cigarette tar covered the walls. The sheets had blood and brown stains, there was food all over the inside of the microwave, and the room had even more disgusting problems.

The sink was clogged, there was no TV remote, and the sheets felt gritty and were really dirty. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

It's cheap and might do if you need a bed for a couple of hours, but it's filthy. We saw several roaches in the short time we were there, and I doubt they ever clean the place. Our first room had dirty sheets. They moved us to another dirty room, though the bed was somewhat better. Customer service was fine and polite, but I wouldn't sleep here.

The room was filthy and felt unsafe. The bedding was messy, the soap had been used, the towels were very dirty, and there were dead roaches on the floor. It looked like they hadn't cleaned after the previous guests. You get what you pay for, but this was worse than cheap hotels in a third-world country. When I complained, staff said Expedia would contact them and they'd agree to a refund. They didn't refund me, so don't fall for that. I hope to contact the local authorities about this.
