The rat and roach problem has made living here a nightmare. Rats kept getting into my unit despite my cleaning and reports, and my kids ended up with hand, foot, and mouth disease because they were getting in so often. Roaches got into my work supplies and ruined them, costing me a lot because I had to throw everything away. Management only made excuses and didn’t properly address the infestation. The property manager spends time in drama instead of doing her job. She drinks with tenants and acts like their friend rather than a professional. She also has no respect for privacy, sharing tenants’ personal information with others, including my business, which she had no right to discuss. This place is dirty, unsafe, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you care about your health, family, or sanity, do NOT move in here.

The service here is terrible. They don’t fumigate or do maintenance, and the place is disgusting and full of cockroaches. If your payment is even a few hours late, they turn off the air conditioning. They charge 350 a week, yet shut off the electricity whenever they feel like it. The customer service is horrible. If this hotel were inspected, I think it would be closed. Don’t come here.

I went three months waiting for things to get fixed, and there were a lot of rats. The lady lies and doesn’t care about anything. She says she’ll fix it if you pay rent, then gets mad when you ask about the repairs after paying. She says she never said anything. 😏😏

The atmosphere among the people has gotten a lot better. There’s new management now, and everyone pays every two weeks. We have a gated entrance after hours. They’re remodeling all the rooms, and the bug problem is improving, though it’s still there. Cold water lasts only about 15-25 seconds during the day and part of the night. That’s the honest picture of this place.

For the price and location, you can’t beat it. Our room is nice, with a sink and hot plate, and there’s a gate code and cameras. The place has been exterminated and has new management. I feel pretty safe here, including about our belongings and the toolbox in the bed of our truck. Nancy, the manager, does an excellent job keeping unwanted riff raff out.
