In room 110, there was a condom wrapper behind the bed, blood splatter on the wall, and I didn’t know what was in the fridge. I went back to ask for a refund, though the policy says no refunds, and I felt I should’ve received one. The front desk man said, “I cleaned that room.” He offered another room, but after seeing that he hadn’t even bothered to take the item out to see what it was, I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I got some of my money back, but I won’t be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The highway was noisy all night, the room smelled smoky and was hard to breathe in, and the covers weren’t clean.

I called to reserve a room with an in-room jacuzzi/hot tub, like the online ads show. The woman who answered barely understood English and said, "no we don't have," then hung up. I called back and immediately asked for someone who understood English. She said, "yes I just can't hear you or something". When I asked why they picture rooms with jacuzzi's/hot tubs if they don’t have them, she replied, "I'm sorry I don't know!" Horrible customer service and false advertising!

I went to get a room and found piss all over the seat. The guy offered to change rooms, but the next room was the same. Then he said I was making it up. Why would I lie about something like that? Horrible motel, the rooms aren’t clean.
